Sentier National: 180 km, lodging in cabins, rustic camping or three-sided shelters, easy, medium and difficult levels.
Parc régional de la Forêt Ouareau: 120 km of trails, easy, intermediate and difficult, entrance fees, 8 shelters, over 120 primitive campsites, a variety of activities: hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country/nordic/mountain skiing, canoe rentals, paddle boarding, fat biking, tubing, rock climbing.
Sept-Chutes Regional Park: 18 km of trails, free access, easy, intermediate and difficult, 4 cabins, rustic campsites.
Parc régional du Lac Taureau: 14 km of trails (Île du Village and Baie Dominique trails), sanitary block in the Baie-du-Milieu sector, over 300 primitive campsites, some on islands, boat trips, kayak and canoe rentals, 30 km of beach.
Parc régional de la Chute-à-Bull: 6 km of trails, access fees, easy, medium and difficult levels, 4 shelters, primitive campsites, new in 2024: cave to visit.
