An outdoor destination well-known for the quality and diversity of its infrastructures, Saint-Donat has been designated a Parc naturel habité (Inhabited Natural Park), confirming its leadership in sustainable social and economic development.

In the heart of the village, the Parc des Pionniers offers free activities for all: cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, forest skating trails, outdoor skating rinks and sliding (for children). Ski centres Ski Garceau and La Réserve—home to Lanaudière’s highest mountains—offer skiing with no line-ups and breathtaking scenery.

Hundreds of kilometres of trails for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and ATV riding weave through Saint-Donat’s forest. Whatever lodging you choose—a minimalist cabin or rustic cottage, a cozy inn or luxury condo—you’re in for a good night’s sleep!
