The Native Reserve of Manawan is limited geographically and visitors can walk in the community to discover the main points of interest and services. Visit first the Manawan Tourism local.

The Atikamekw community of Manawan, including more than 2 400 Natives and a territory of 7,83 km2, is situated at 87 kilometers north of Saint-Michel-des-Saints in the region of Quebec and 120 kilometers west of La Tuque in the geographical region of the Laurentian Plateau. From Saint-Michel-des-Saints, access to the Community is through a forest road over a distance of approximately 87 km and an average duration of an hour and 15 minutes. The first 8 kilometers are paved.

From the major urban centers of Montreal and Quebec, Manawan is located at a distance of approximately 270 km of Montreal and 390 km of Quebec.
