Every summer, for the last 40 years, the Festival de Lanaudière has been attracting music lovers from all parts. For five weeks, adults, children, couples and friends come to enjoy picnics on the grounds, take in the fresh air and listen to great symphonies. The natural amphitheatre, with a capacity of up to 8,000 people, offers outstanding acoustics. Music revisited at off-the-beaten-path venues
After its huge success last summer, the concert series “Hors les murs” will be back again at the Festival de Lanaudière. Taking place in various agritourism locations across the region, the shows offer the chance of great musical discoveries at off-the-beaten-path venues . . . such as the middle of a lavender field at Jardins Arômes et Saveurs, a barn at La Courgerie or surrounded by beer barrels at Alchimiste Microbrasserie.
