Competition You can do anything in Lanaudière. You can do nothing.

1. Conditions for entering the contest

From June 21 to July 21, participants are invited to like the @tourismelanaudiere and @lacime.station pages and post a photo of themselves doing “nothing” in the Lanaudière region. They must post the photo on their account using the keyword #lanaudieretoutpourplaire.

2. Where to publish the photo

Participants must publish their photo on their Instagram account. The account must be in public mode.

3. Deadline for entering the contest

The contest begins on June 21 at 8 a.m. and ends on July 21 at 11:59 p.m. A winner will be announced on Instagram on July 28 at 12 p.m.

4. Description of how prizes are awarded

The prize is a 2-night weekday stay, between November 1 and December 18, 2025, at La Cime Station Thermale, located in Sainte-Béatrix. The prize will be awarded following a vote among the photos submitted. The most popular photo will be crowned the winner.

5. The place, date and time of the prize winner's designation

The winner will be determined on July 28 at 9 a.m., and the winners will be announced at 12 p.m. the same day on the contest publication and in storie on the Tourisme Lanaudière account.

6. Mention of the media used to notify prize winners.

Winners will be identified and notified on the original publication on Tourisme Lanaudière's Instagram page and in storie. They will then be contacted by private messaging to receive their prize. She will have 30 days to respond to the message, if not, we will have to select another winner.

7. The place, date and time by which the prizes must be claimed or, as the case may be, the fact that the prizes are being sent to the winners.

The winner will receive his or her prize either by mail or e-mail within a maximum of 30 days of the winner's announcement.

Employees, agents and representatives of Tourisme Lanaudière, advertising and promotional agencies and other companies involved in this contest, as well as all persons with whom they are domiciled and their family members, are not eligible to enter the contest.

10. Dispute with the contest

Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

11. The nature of the test to which a winner must submit in order to obtain his or her prize

The participant must enter his or her answer in the comments section of the original publication on Tourisme Lanaudière's Facebook page.

12. Other

1. All decisions of the competition organizers are final and without appeal. It is forbidden to use an automatic registration system.

2. The selected entrant must provide proof of age to the contest organizers, if required, and confirm compliance with the contest rules; failure to do so will result in disqualification. In such a case, a new draw will be held until the prize is awarded.

3. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received during the contest period.

4. Should the contest organizers be unable to award the prize for reasons of force majeure beyond their control and unrelated to the winner, they undertake to provide the winner with a prize of equivalent value and nature.

5. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.

6. For the purposes of these rules, the participant is the natural person holding the social media account.

7. Entrants agree not to deliberately disrupt or corrupt the Contest, cause damage to the Website, prevent others from participating in the Contest or otherwise violate these Contest Rules; failure to do so will result in automatic disqualification and may result in prosecution under any remedies available to the Contest Organizers.

8. The contest organizers shall not be held liable for any malfunction of any computer component, software or communication line, for the loss or absence of network communication, or for any transmission that is faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible or erased by any computer or network, and that may limit the possibility or prevent any person from participating in the contest. The contest organizers disclaim all liability for any damage or loss that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the downloading of any software or by the transmission of any information related to participation in the contest.

9. The Contest Organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest in its entirety in the event of a virus, computer bug, unauthorized human intervention or any other cause beyond the control of the Contest Organizers that corrupts or affects the administration, security, impartiality or normal operation of the Contest, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for Quebec residents.

10. It is strictly forbidden to use or reproduce any copyrighted material or trademarks related to this contest without the written consent of the copyright holder.
