The magic of the holiday season is once again descending on Boulevard de l’Ange-Gardien. The L’Assomption Christmas Market and its cute CabaNoël cabins are back from November 27 to December 23 for a month of festivities. A unique moment that promises to light up everyone’s eyes with magic, much to our delight.
It's impossible to resist the festive atmosphere of the L'Assomption Christmas Market! As soon as you arrive, you can feel the good cheer in the air, the lights are twinkling, Christmas music is playing softly, and everyone seems to have a smile on their face.
More than 60 exhibitors will be on site to showcase their creations: gourmet products, handmade gifts, original finds... It's the perfect place to shop local, treat yourself, and enjoy the moment. A wonderful way to immerse yourself in the magic of the holiday season!
For the second year in a row, the heart of the market is being transformed into a dreamlike setting! A huge 35-foot igloo, a work of art in itself, awaits you for a truly magical experience. Named “Au pied du sapin” (At the foot of the tree), this luminous space is the perfect place to share a beautiful moment with your family and let yourself be enveloped by the holiday spirit. Between laughter, wonder, and decor straight out of a fairy tale, the magic is very real.
What's more, the recipe for their popular mulled wine is available right here. Prepared by volunteers since the market's inception, learn the secret to this festive recipe that's perfect for the holiday season.

The organizers of the L'Assomption Christmas Market take care to select mainly local artisans. Choco Chocolat, Domaine Nasenka, Ferme Cormier, Pépinière Villeneuve, Fromagerie Amafaçon, Les Esprits Tordus, and Simon Turcotte Confiturier will be there to showcase their delicious specialties. Art lovers will be delighted by the presence of several small shops selling handmade crafts, skincare products, and jewelry. It's safe to say that the Market has something for everyone!

During their weekend visit, visitors will be surprised to encounter street performances such as singing, traditional music, musicians playing tam-tams, and even circus acts. Colorful CabaNoël tents have been a feature of the L'Assomption Christmas Market since its inception. Mark your calendars for the Santa Claus Parade on December 6.
