Fall activities at ski resorts are a must in many regions, and Lanaudière is no exception!
This is the perfect opportunity to rediscover the mountains in a different way, amid flamboyant colors, hikes, and festive events.
FEStival des couleurs de VAl-St-côme
The Val Saint-Côme Festival of Colors will be held over three weekends: September 20 and 21, September 27 and 28, October 4 and 5, and October 11, 12, and 13. If you want to use the ski lifts, they will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mountain mini-golf, helicopter tours, live music, local tastings, mountain biking, activities for toddlers, and a local artisans and businesses area are among the attractions planned for these festivities. MOUNTAIN BIKING AT SKI MONTCALM
Until October 19, on Saturdays and Sundays, you can admire the fall colors at Ski Montcalm. The Rawdon downhill ski resort has created superb hiking trails on its mountain and also allows mountain bikers to enjoy their favorite sport. Take the ski lift to the top of the mountain and then hike or mountain bike down one of 23 trails of varying difficulty and type. To prolong the fun, the bistro and terrace are open on operating days. You can also enjoy a few activities or participate in a trail run on Saturday, September 20. THE SYMPHONY OF COLORS AT SAINT-DONAT
Saint-Donat is fortunate to have two ski mountains within its territory, Ski Garceau and Ski La Réserve. And that's not counting the many other mountains nearby! That's why, on weekends from September 20 to October 11, the municipality will be hosting the Symphonie des Couleurs.
