Parc riverain et de l'Île Vessot | Joliette
With its two footbridges crossing the magnificent Rivière l'Assomption, this 6 km loop is the ideal place to take a stroll and grab a bite to eat before heading out again. It's one of Joliette's must-do trails. Connected to the cycling network, the trail is accessible via boulevard Base-de-Roc and rue Saint-Pierre Sud
PARC RÉGIONAL DE L'Île Lebel | Repentigny
Located in Repentigny on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, the Parc régional de l'Île Lebel features a 3 km-long walking trail, ideal for family walks or outings with friends. There are several play modules for the little ones, and it's an ideal spot for birdwatching. And we invite you to bring your own lunch and enjoy a picnic!
Sentier champêtre | Notre-Dame-des-Prairies
With a length of 5.5 km, this loop is accessible to you thanks to its wide, gentle path. What's more, along the way you'll discover the 4 sculptures of the Parcours des secrets, a surprise that's sure to please the little ones, who'll be eager to play along and solve the riddle! Please note that the last level of the trail requires you to take an (infrequent) street to complete the loop.
Sentiers de la société de conservation, d'interprétation et de recherche de Berthier et ses îles (SCIRBI) | berthierville
A true haven for wildlife... and you! With its three interpretive trails on and above the water, the marked trail totals 9.7 km in length and offers many magnificent views of the marshes, swamps and meadows. Plus, you'll be able to spot interpretive panels to learn more about the various animal species that inhabit the area.
