The silica-rich soil of the Vignoble has the characteristic of reflecting light and heat, like countless tiny mirrors. It also contains a significant amount of sediment left behind by the Champlain Sea. We invite you to come relax on our patio and enjoy a tasting of our wines. Dry, fruity red wine from Frontenac, Marquette and Ste-Croix grapes. Dry, fruity white wine, brilliantly clear with a pale yellow colour, from the Frontenac Gris grape. We also have Vendagé ice wine in early winter, pressed while still frozen: a Frontenac Gris that produces an outstanding nectar, heightened with a peach aroma to give it a beautiful intensity.
